Come Out of Your Cocoon! ~ A Message From the Universe

Today’s Message From the Universe encourages you to come out of your cocoon!
You’ve been in the process of some pretty big internal changes so it was natural to pull your energy inward, even for long periods of time. When a caterpillar begins its metamorphosis, it turns to goo inside of the cocoon, allowing for enzymes and specialized cells to take on the big job of transforming into a butterfly.
You may be feeling much like that goo, like you are stuck in this cocoon and worried that your wings will never grow. However, if you look at what came before compared to what is now, you will find that you have come much farther than you think!
There may be a big element of grief here as people and things in your life that no longer serve you fall away.
Don’t fight to hold on to what is leaving your life, as you are only prolonging your discomfort. All that falls away from your life is making room for people and situations that are lovingly aligned with who you are now and who you are continuing to become.
Don’t think of this as walking away from relationships and situations, think of it as walking toward your favorite life! The important people in your life will either stick around or meet you farther down the path as they go through their own transformation on their own time.
You will be quite sensitive once you emerge from your cocoon so it’s more than ok to do this slowly. Put one foot in front of the other and before you know it, you’ll be flying!
Use the energy of this week to prepare for your emergence and think about how you would like to do so.
Purge and cleanse your physical and metaphorical space and start putting a little extra into your appearance to help you feel a little less sensitive.
You might want to arrange a night out with friends or even have a couple of drinks or a meal by yourself. That last bit may sound scary but it’s incredibly liberating! Do things you enjoy or experiment with things you might enjoy, especially if these things involve being outside, soaking up all that Mother Nature has to offer. This puts you in the perfect place to meet others who will vibe with you.
When you’re out there in the real world, try to be present and observe the world around you instead of staring at your phone or finding some other way to distract yourself.
For some of you, this energy takes the form of creating or putting more energy into your public persona.
You might want to study others who you admire, do some networking, and learn a little more about marketing. Don’t think so much about how others will perceive you, be your authentic self so that your people find you. Trying to be what you think others want to see will only result in disconnect.
However this energy shows up for you…
None of this is easy but it’s not all discomfort either. Take small steps, reevaluate, correct course if necessary, and take another small step. Try working with affirmations to help with confidence, journaling to help you understand your hesitance, and brain dumps to help work out the steps you can take to reach your goals.
It’s time to learn how to fly 💙
