A Message from the Universe – Being poised is all about being positioned with confidence and receptivity for the great things coming your way.

Do not head into the new year with fear and doubt in your heart because those are the seeds you will sow. Instead, pull your chin up, throw your shoulders back, open that chest area, and inhale the good shit. Use all of your senses to feel as if you are already in those circumstances, behave as if you have already met your goals.

The law of attraction is not just a belief system, it’s science. Your body language and confidence (or lack thereof), how you present yourself, is how the world at large perceives you and that is key in surrounding yourself with people and circumstances that speak to your growth rather than your wounds. Most of all it’s a fabulous brain hack, the more you present yourself in a certain way, the more you believe it.

Go into this new cycle not with hope that things will be better this year but knowing that YOU will be better this year. Life will always have it’s awful moments, it’s up to you whether you let them crush you or strengthen you.
