A Message from the Universe ~ A Gift for Your Future Self
Today’s Message from the Universe indicates a need for a period of assessment.
As we move a little further into autumn or spring for those of you in the Southern Hemisphere, this message is perfectly timed to catch us before hibernation or upon waking from our hibernation. Of course, we’re not bears who sleep for the entire winter but we are still highly affected by the seasons, the sun, and the moon. Hell, even in the financial world we have just recently moved into the fourth quarter where it’s common to try to get as much revenue in as possible before the new year.
So what does this mean for us on a personal and spiritual level? Well, we are a part of the physical world. What we do and experience in the 3D has a direct effect on our mind, body, and spirit as you well know. Our spirit is happy when we’re taking care of our physical and mental selves.
You will find that your needs at this time might be a little different than they were a couple of months ago. For example, I’ve noticed that I need a little more sleep than normal and a lot more meat. The holidays are coming so I need to budget a little differently to do something nice for my kids. This is also the time of year when depression is usually at its worst so I want to make the coming months easier on myself by doing a deep clean, purge, and reorganization of my space and routines.
How do your current needs differ from what they were over the last few months? Are you prone to declining mental health in the winter? Maybe you’re working on a personal or business project whose processes could do with some reorganization and streamlining to make it less of a headache, easier to work on, and ready to scale.
Whatever your current needs happen to be, this is the time to assess where you are and anticipate what you will need in the near future. See a doctor if you need to and are able. Do some purging and decluttering of your schedule, as well as your physical and mental space, and tie up any lingering loose ends. Be proactive now and you will thank yourself later 🙂
