A Message from the Universe ~ The Power of Love

Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you that an open heart is a powerful thing.

I feel like the Heart Chakra can often be the easiest to be thrown off balance. It’s not just a breakup or personal loss that can cause you to build walls around your heartspace, we can easily become heavy with the pain and injustice of others around the globe.

While it might be wise to protect ourselves to an extent, it is also wise to make sure you don’t go overboard. As with all things, balance is key.

If you’ve had a big heartbreak somewhat recently, you may not think that an open heart is such a great thing but love is so much more than our relationships with others. It is the very thing that leads us to true fulfillment and the biggest component in healing ourselves as well as others.

Your love has changed lives and has shown you just how wonderful life can feel, even if only fleeting at times.

You grieve because you were able to love so deeply but what would life be without being able to love?

These past few years have been an incredible journey for me with regard to my heartspace. I haven’t been in a place where romantic relationships are a consideration for me but my heartspace is wide open.

I hold so much love and awe for my children and chosen family, and I’ve always had such love for the natural world around me. However, the amount of healing I’ve done both inside and out has seriously cranked up how I feel this love. I’ve always been thankful for the good things in my life but I’ve never felt the love and gratitude so intensely and in such a physical way.

I step outside and close my eyes. I feel the sun alight on my face and the warm wind seems to pass right through, sparking everything within. The trees creak and sway in greeting and the noise of the civilized world falls away. My heartspace swells and tingles; I can feel both the energy I’m emitting as well as that which I’m receiving. None of the words I write can ever properly describe this feeling.

There was no big epiphany that caused this relation with elation.

It was being consistent with healing my shadow and practicing gratitude that brought me to this place. I’ve learned to accept that I am who I am and care for myself the way I would care for those I love.

I wish I could reach out and make you feel and understand this feeling but it’s a journey that will be quite different for everyone. Since I can’t just give it to you, however, it’s my hope that all my words can show you that it’s truly possible, even for those living in their most difficult times. I came through and I know you can too!
