A Message from the Universe ~ Keep Your Eye On The Prize
Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to keep your eye on the prize.
Being patient is not easy and the ability to focus can be even more difficult at times yet both of these skills are necessary at this time. Our digital revolution made both of these skills significantly harder. We want it all and we want it now.
Your ability to focus may not be great at this time but this is something that can get better with practice. Try to keep your focus on what you’re doing and when your brain tries to wander, write down those thoughts and/or take a break, then return to what you were trying to focus on. Of course, there is no one way that works for everybody so you’ll want to try a few things to see what is helpful for you.
There are a lot of resources out there for those of us who have problems with maintaining focus. It can be helpful to have an accountability partner or work out a to-do list or system that helps you to stay on task. Here is an article that will give you some ideas:
