You may roll your eyes and tell yourself you don’t have time or energy for it, but we make time for what’s important to us. Maybe you don’t think you’re a creative person, but we are all creative.

Creativity is not just things like painting or writing. It’s problem solving and daydreams, doodles, and cooking. It’s learning about a subject that interests you, self-care, and rearranging your space. Most of all, it’s allowing yourself to be still and present in order to let your brain wander.
