Today’s Message from the Universe indicates a need to go with the flow.
While there are many times in our lives where we must push through, this is not one of them. Trying to force it will only push it farther out of reach and, as you know, stressing about it isn’t even remotely helpful.
This is a time when trust is needed.
Trust the process, trust your higher power, and trust yourself! It’s all easier said than done of course, but just trying will be more helpful than you might think. This is also a time where intentional self-talk like affirmations can be quite helpful as well.
You might benefit from doing a brain dump to help organize and reframe all the thoughts bouncing around in your brain. Give yourself a good purge on paper as well as any tasks or material possessions that aren’t necessary.
There’s a full moon on Tuesday and Mercury goes direct a few days later. Use the energy of the full moon to aid in your purge and I think you will come out of this retrograde a lot lighter.
