A Message from the Universe ~ Blame it on Mercury?
Today’s Message from the Universe advises you to pull in your scattered energy.
I’m not exactly sure what’s going on with the planets right now but there are definitely some raw and frustrating energies currently floating around the collective at the moment.
For me, this has manifested in some sort of writer’s block that smells more like self-doubt and even self-sabotage. I find myself questioning the decisions that I’ve thrown all my energy into for the past 4-5 years.
I even found myself saying “I thought I had worked through all this stuff.”
Well, I did put a lot of work in, but these things do need regular maintenance, especially self-doubt. I’ve trained myself to answer my doubt with a response reminding myself that my doubt is really just fear. That response has helped me get by over this past week but it’s been much more difficult than usual.
Now, I know that Mercury is in retrograde but I think eclipse season is amplifying a lot of of these difficult energies. I also think that keeping these current energies in mind will go a long way in helping us all to stay on course.
Don’t give up on what you’ve been working so hard on and I promise that I won’t either!
Do some grounding and centering. Close your eyes and just be for a few minutes then visualize pulling all the scattered parts of self, thought, and energy into your center. Feel yourself as a whole being instead of a bunch of parts. All our pieces work together to move the whole, even though it may not feel like it at the moment.
Last but certainly not least, give yourself some grace right now. Allow yourself to let some things slow down while you crank up the self-care. This is only temporary 💙
