A Message from the Universe ~ Spring Cleaning and Refreshing
Today’s Message from the Universe indicates a need to shake things up.
Spring is hot on our heels and coming in strong! Now is the time for not only Spring cleaning of your home but refreshing your relationships and other responsibilities as well. Of course, this also applies to those of you heading into Autumn at this time.
Open your windows, get rid of everything that doesn’t spark joy, and give the rest a good polish and/or a new placement in your home. Break out the sage or other cleansing incense and play music that lifts you and makes you dance while dusting.
Now that you have this newly refreshed and airy space (even if there’s much more to do), it’s time to examine your habits and tasks.
What can you get rid of or give back to the person who should be responsible for it? What can you do to make your other tasks more efficient or even fun? Should you move some things around in your routines to accommodate shifts in your energy?
Now it’s time to examine your relationships. Are there some people who need to be cut off or could use a little less interaction? How can you strengthen the bonds that are important to you?
There’s a big emphasis here on designating at least one day a week to one-on-one or group activities. Game night, date night, Sunday hikes, etc. The idea is to interact with each other so things like movie night would be separate from this weekly activity.
