The reverse 3 of Pentacles indicates either shoddy workmanship or problems at work.

If it’s the former, ask yourself why? Is it just an off day or are you doing a little self sabotage? If it’s the latter, consider whether or not this particular issue is within your control. There’s a thin line between venting about your co-workers and increasing tensions. Remember, you only really have control over your reactions, don’t let Karen ruin your day and also, don’t be a dick.
