Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you to try to do everything with love and joy in your heart.
Of course, like most things, this is often easier said than done. But again, like most things, it becomes easier, even natural, with practice.
No, you don’t have to love that jerk who cut you off in traffic but you can care for yourself enough to not let it ruin your day. You might also find it in your heart to hope for the safety of that person and those who share the road with them.
You don’t have to try to force yourself to love a horrible job but you can remember why you’re there and try to find small ways to make parts of it a little more fun or engaging. Also, regularly carving out some time to search for something more suitable will go a long way in keeping your spirits up for however long you must be there. Job seeking can be disheartening at times as well but it might help to remember that most people will feel the same way at some point during their search.
Above all, push love, joy, and intention into even the smallest of movements. It’s easy to tune out during repetitive or difficult tasks so try to keep yourself present. Play music and even dance a little, envision the outcome, and try to tap into how it will feel when it’s complete. Count your blessings regularly, and create time for self-care. Planting seeds of love and compassion for yourself and the world around you will bring forth more and more and more!
