A Message from the Universe ~ Make Time to Self-Reflect

Today’s Message from the Universe suggests a time for quiet reflection is needed.

Last week may have been a little rough for you. You may have overextended yourself or you might have just felt like your energy was particularly low. Hopefully you took the advice from Thursday’s message to get as much sleep as possible; if not, then you best get on top of that!

Today’s advice is less about sleep and more about making time to do nothing but reflect and check in with yourself. Meditation and journaling are highly recommended and do this outside if at all possible. Let Mama Nature help to ground and center you while helping to enhance your ability to reflect on what your mind, body, and spirit is in need of at this time. We are a little over the halfway point in the year so this is a great time to review the first half in order to tighten up and renew the next.
