It was probably a difficult decision and so much more difficult to follow through. You have not only broken old habits and patterns, but you have created healthy patterns, dreams, and goals in their place. Seriously, give yourself some big love and acknowledgment for the progress you’ve made. Even if you don’t see the progress, I know you feel it! I know I say this often but it cannot be said enough!
Think about who you were and what was going on in your life a year or two ago or even longer. Think of what you worried about, how you viewed yourself, and what your relationships were like. Now compare that to who you are now, your current worries, relationships, and how you feel about who you are and the life you are creating. Holy shit, it feels like you’ve done the impossible and I really need you to feel that!! Keep up the excellent work! Stay consistent and flexible with hope…no…certainty of the wonderful things to come. You did this 💙
