Today’s Message from the Universe advises a period of rest and reflection.
Things may have been moving a little fast for you lately, even if they’re not the things you’re trying to manifest. You may have also been advising and caring for others while ignoring your own need for rest and healing. It’s even possible that you’ve been doing and being all the things in an effort to avoid your own emotions or less desirable tasks. This isn’t a race, but if it was then it’s more like a marathon. Pace yourself and allow yourself to take a much-needed break!
