Do not look back and do not question your decision. It is done now and you have to focus forward, knowing that it was the right decision even if it doesn’t always feel that way. Just a little further on your journey, you will find that you no longer feel bad about leaving what never cared about how you felt to begin with. You may begin to receive more positive attention at work, more clients, or even meet new people who will become your tribe.
