A Message from the Universe – You are holding back your song, your words, your very essence. Where once you may have learned to make yourself small to protect yourself, it now seems that you have adopted it as a part of who you are rather than a tool that is no longer beneficial.
For some of you this really is about singing, for others it is a “sound” metaphor. No matter what your voice sounds like or even if you can’t carry a tune, singing is healing and happiness in sound waves. Our voices become silent when we’re depressed or embarrassed because others may hear us. However, singing helps to ease depression and even when we’re off key our song speaks to the hearts of others more than their ears.
Unblock that throat chakra, wear a necklace with a blue stone, drink some hot tea, put on some good music and let ‘er rip! Your voice, singing or otherwise, is power that needs unleashing.
