A Message from the Universe ~ On Faith and Higher Powers
Today’s Message from the Universe speaks of our relationship with faith.
It is my hope that my words and experience can bring inspiration, hope, and peace to people of any faith, even those who don’t believe in a higher power. I think we all struggle from time to time to find out what we “should” believe and where we fit in communities created by belief. We all have our own experiences in this matter that color our beliefs and nobody’s experience is exactly the same as anyone else’s.
I believe that our holy books and teachings are written and taught from the perspective of the people who wrote and taught them. And underneath it all is our incessant need to label and define everything. There are so many things that are unknown to us; most mysteries will always be mysteries until we experience it for ourselves.
Our higher power does not need definition – we do. Allow yourself to approach and question your beliefs without feeling like you’re doing something wrong. This is how we strengthen our bonds with our higher power and spiritual teams. This is how we learn to experience faith instead of looking for labels and certainties.
There have been times in all our lives when what we needed has come to us when we needed it the most. We might follow signs and synchronicities or know and understand some things on an intuitive level that requires no further thought or reason. This is the best place to start on your quest.
I can hear some of you being quite unsure of what certain signs or synchronicities mean. You’re overthinking it. Many of these things are just telling you that you’re on the right path or showing you the next step. You can help yourself in this area by establishing what certain signs mean to you. Your higher power or spiritual team with work with communicate with you in whatever way is clearest to you.
