A Message from the Universe ~ What’s Your Story?
Today’s Message from the Universe reminds you just how powerful your thoughts are.
So, there’s this thing called the “Law of Attraction” which is basically a mystical take on some very basic earthly principles. This mystical law says that it’s your vibration that calls more of that same vibration to you and I’d like to give you some very real facts that support this claim.
Whatever is going on in your mind will show in your body language and how you communicate and interact with others. If you are thinking that you aren’t good enough in some way, those you interact with will sense that even if they’re not quite sure what it is they’re sensing. If you move and speak with confidence, others will see and feel that as well.
What’s more, when you’re feeling unworthy or less-than in some way, you’re not open to people or opportunities. You walk with your eyes downcast, missing visual signs and signals; you don’t try for things you think you think you can’t do when all you would need to do is learn about them. You sleepwalk through your day wishing you could have that thing or be that person not realizing that you actually can have that thing or be your own version of that person.
Obviously, you can’t just wave a magic wand and be confident but you can forge new pathways in your brain to create that confidence. How do you do that? Practice and repetition. This is why affirmations actually work and “fake it till you make it” is a thing.
Tell your brain anything enough times and it will believe what you’re telling it. So tell it the good stuff every day and “pretend” that you are the you that you thought you could never be. I put “pretend” in quotes because you are already that person and only need to train your brain to see it.
You are the author of your own story so are you going to keep telling the same old less-than story or will you write yourself into a story that’s filled with hope and inspiration? The pen is in your hands 💙
